The 2022 Commonwealth Games will be held in Birmingham, England, from 28 July to 8 August, with athletes from 72 nations and territories competing for gold.

This Commonwealth Games will see athletes competing in 21 exhilarating sports across 24 disciplines, including an integrated program of 8 para-sports, with para athletes contributing to their nation's medal tallies. Since the first Commonwealth Games in 1930, Australia has led the medal tally at 13 of the 21 Games held.
